Ecosphere Net is a global initiative for sustainability and sustainable development.

We are based out of St. John in the US Virgin Islands.

We seek to develop learning systems that connect the local to the global in cross-cultural collaborative networks for sustainability and sustainable development through action based research.

Our website is www.ecosphere.net

Since our launch in 2006, our member list and collaboration across the world continue to grow.

Our members come from all over the world and from all cultures.

Our members are professional corporate consultants, college professors, undergraduate and postgraduate students, educators, healthcare providers (from doctors to dentists to physical therapists), change agents, thought leaders and community leaders.

Our vision of learning systems for sustainability and sustainable development is grounded in a scientifically proven collaborative social science research model that seeks to connect local/domestic community stakeholders/participants including local experts, local change agents, and small and medium corporations (SMC’s) with international participants including science and technology experts, professional organizational system consultants, healthcare professionals, teachers and multinational corporations (MNC’s) along their supply chains.

It is through the research and development of valid and effective learning systems that connect the local to the global in collaborative adaptive action networks that we will successfully transition toward a sustainable global future. This is what Ecosphere Net is all about.

We seek to publish our work as part of a growing collaborative body of scholarly work in sustainability science (please see http://sustainabilityscience.org/ ) and innovative corporate social responsibility (please see http://www.nbs.net/ and http://www.csrwire.com/).

We invite you to explore our website www.ecosphere.net and our blog www.ecosphereblog. net
