David M. Williams Austin, Texas

Dave Williams is a Process Improvement Advisor with a consulting practice based in Austin Texas he founded called True Simple.

Since 2000, Dave has worked with clients as a coach, organization development facilitator, process improvement advisor, and organizational systems expert. He has published nearly 100 articles, led intensive workshops, and presented at major conferences across North America to hundreds of attendees

Dave is also teaching faculty in Emergency Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

As part of Ecosphere Net he is helping to develop a new participatory action-oriented approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR) that expands what CSR means and how it is engaged.

This approach optimizes corporate team building and organizational systems.

It moves the focus on the triple bottom line of people, planet and profit forward to take-on the challenges of sustainability that face people on an individual, community and global scale.

CSR and sustainability are more than going green or being environmentally friendly. We see them as an essential part of organizational process and corporate identity. One in which individuals take responsibility for their part in making this world a better place to live in for everybody.
